I am most like Aoi Misato! X My TM boyfriend would be Yuuya Daigo! Bwah hah hah! My TM life would be You live alone in an old warehouse. The character I'm most like is: Aoi Misato. Everyone's getting Aoi! My boyfriend would be: Tatsuma Hiyuu. The quiz result actually says Tatsuma Hyou, but we can assume they mean Hiyuu-kun.
I'm fine with that match! He's sweet and quiet so he'd probably handle my hot-temper and over-emotional tantrums well LOL but a kick-ass warrior! Me like. XD My life would be: O. Looks: Silver hair, red eyes, plain out evil. Tatsuma: She likes Tendo so she has to be my enemy. Anako: she scares me Of course I really wanted to be evil, but I seriously didn't expect this result.
So my boyfriend would be Tatsuma, but my secret crush and boy-toy would be Tendou? XD :D Too funny!! The character I'm most like is: Komaki Sakurai. I pictured Komaki and Kyouichi together after that On the other hand, I'm glad with the results XD My life would be Tatsuma: I can't help but feel bad for her, she has nothing but always stands up for anyone no matter what Yuuya: She has a temper sometimes Tendo: She cut off my other hand!
Claire Marie: She hates Tendo and cut off his other hand! Komaki Sakurai You are headstrong, bold, emotional and completely clueless. No offense. You may know the battle field, but are clueless when it comes to love and controlling you emotions. But you are a true friend. Nothing can stop you from protecting what means most to you. Kyouichi Houriji Your ' Kyouichi Houriji 's match made in hevean or hell. Ramen us like the greatest thing in the world to! Most people don't like because you are misunderstood.
You care about all your friends, but think that if you show it, it would make you look weak. Name: Maddi Hitsu Looks: Blonde hair, brown eyes, somewhat gothic.
Aoi Misato You are very caring, nice, loving and a bit stubborn. Tatsuma Hiyuu Your Tatsuma Hyuu's match. I can imagine cutting of Tendo's other hand My boyfriend is supposed to be Tatsuma, yet i'm with Kyouichi All the holes aren't filled by the end, but they did get the bare minimum in there.
There are several twists and surprises that keep the story from being too predictable. That said, the formula of the story is broken into several short arcs dealing with a human that has gained demonic powers that must be fought and "saved". The arcs themselves are pretty interesting and aren't completely separate.
Some old characters will appear again, adding some dimension to the story. Overall, the story manages to be interesting and incoherent at the same time. Character: Tokyo Majin has all you cookie-cutter characters: the mysterious transfer student, the innocent nice girl, the jock girl, the headstrong delinquent, the big tough guy with a heart of gold, and the annoying know-it-all.
Why the high score? Because the characters, while they have the familiar traits seen in tons of other anime, are surprisingly 3-dimensional as you learn more about them and their past. The more notable ones, Hiyuu a. He probably has the most depth of everyone involved. Another character that I really loved was Tohno a. Admittedly almost all the characters deviate from their respective stereotypes, a notable exception is the main male-lead a. Some of the side-characters have some development that adds some more depth to the show.
Even the main villain has a fair amount of development. In the end, Tokyo Majin did a great job with the development considering the length of the series and plethora of characters. The fight scenes are entertaining. This show can be recommended to just about anyone with a Y chromosome males, if you didn't know. Sense the story is broken into arcs, you can revisit your favorite. The flaw is that Tokyo Majin, while beautiful and dark, doesn't provide anything deep.
For many, once will be enough, if not too much. Rating Vote 7 Average 6. Animation Its pretty good, has a ton of action which is what first got me into the show. The only thing i don't like too much as far as animation goes is that everything seems to have very soft edges, the outlines are very thin and never fully black just gray, it may just be personal taste, but i feel as if nothing is ever crisp or clear as I'd like. Sound This needs to be broken down into several sections: Japanese voices fit their characters perfectly as if that isn't the norm English voices surprisingly fit the characters very well, they stayed pretty faithful to everything.
Music is not too bad, has the sense of a horror flic at times with the mix between low tones and silences for tension. The fight scenes have ok music, its typical, nothing spectacular. But if anything, the music FITS well with what is going on. Both songs sound similar to stuff i would listen to from American bands so I give them an OK. Story I know a lot of people are not too impressed with this series but I actually enjoyed it, and no this isn't one of my first anime.
I think you have to go in to the series knowing what to expect. This isn't groundbreaking, it isn't particularly unique, its just a Shonen anime. But knowing that, lets go on: typical shonen plot: stop bad guys, good guys get powers, etc. It has all the things you could want in a semi-horror type and the action is what you'd expect. The story is really just a general shonen story but sometimes you really just need a typical thing.
Non important characters make me laugh, possibly not in ways they should, but who cares? Value If you want some shonen action, this is worth checking out, just remember this isn't going to be the most exciting storyline and setup ever. The action scenes are fun to watch and its always fun to sit down with a few friends and laugh at minor characters and make a commentary : Enjoyment Definitely not something to go out of your way to see DVD prices at the places i look are a tad pricey but if you happen to find a cheaper way to get your hands on it, give it a try.
Its definitely not the worst thing out there, and if the story wasn't so plain it would be pretty good. Maybe something to get a early teens boy? Also a great little horror feel to it on some parts. If you like shonen and horror, here ya go, its a semi-successful merge Rating Vote 6 Average 6. Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpouchou centers around a band of teenagers with super human abilities who are brought together by fate, with a common goal Animation Perfection, I haven't seen many animes around with as much detail and fluent animation.
No objections or flaws here. Sound The Soundtrack matches this series well and the seiyuus did a pretty good job matching they're counter parts.
Definently above average. Story Doesn't make any sense for the most part lol. Also, the flow to this show is pretty bad and predictable. They all have common personalities The only reason they have a 5 in my review, is the character designs.
